We reserve the right to postpone or change a makeup trial appointment.
Please be assured that we handle every booking with utmost care and an appointment is only changed when absolutely necessary. Rest assured that the wedding day or said event booking is carefully made and this never takes second preference.
A trial run for wedding day or said event make-up is advised to assist the client and make-up artist to come to an agreement on the look.
Thus said, BeaulahBeauty will not be held accountable if on the day of wedding or said event the client decides they are not happy with their look.

Quotes are valid for 30 days only (unless otherwise stipulated on quote). After that period, a re-quote must be obtained or original quote confirmed.
Prices subject to change without prior notification.
A 20% non-refundable deposit as well as a signed booking form must be received before the booking is confirmed.
Bookings made within 7 days of wedding or said event require full payment on placing of booking.
All payments strictly cash or bank transfer. Please note that cheque or cash cheques will not be accepted.
Please note that a starting time earlier than 8am requires an additional R100 payment.
The final 80% of the quotation given is to be made within 7 days prior to the wedding or said event. Failure to do so would result in an immediate cancellation for said event.
Cancellation within six weeks of the wedding date or said event requires a 50% payment of the complete booking made. i.e. including additional faces etc.
Cancellation within one week of the wedding or said event requires 100% payment of the total invoice.
All the above rates for bridesmaids and extra faces are only applicable if booked including the bridal make-up.
Should the client want to make changes to the already decided look after trial and prior to the week of the wedding or said event, please contact BeaulahBeauty to arrange an extra make-up session. All extra make-up sessions will have an additional surcharge.
A surcharge of a R150 is payable if the makeup artist is kept waiting more than 30 minutes. Commitments to scheduled appointments are of the utmost importance. Should there be a delay, please contact BeaulahBeauty timeously to also avoid any unnecessary time delays.
BeaulahBeauty reserves the right to make use of any photograph(s) taken at the time of the trial and
BeaulahBeauty reserves the right to use any photograph(s) as a marketing tool which may include exposure via web or media.
Petrol and tollgate fees (where applicable) apply. The petrol fee will be charged AA rates per kilometer when travelling to the venue for the planned event. Changes of venue on the day of the event are not accepted.
BeaulahBeauty will not accept any changes of venue on the day of the event.
Please note that no changes/cancellations to the number of faces are allowed on the day of the event.
Any additional hours will incur extra charges payable on site of R75.00 per hour or part thereof.
